Animal Day at Tudor Manor Care Home

This month, residents at Tudor Manor Care Home were treated to a fantastic Animal Day, which brought smiles and excitement to all.

Our residents had the chance to meet and interact with a variety of animals, including furry friends like guinea pigs and hedgehogs and cold-blooded critters such as tortoise and snakes.

It was a social afternoon which unearthed nostalgia for many, as some reminisced on their past pets, while others enjoyed their first face-to-face encounter with these amazing creatures.

Animal interactions have wonderful benefits, from reducing stress to boosting happiness, and this day was no exception. A big thank you to everyone who made this event possible. Stay tuned for our next exciting event!
